Liz Carr has had an enormous impact on the representation of Disabled people in the UK. She first became famous as the co-host of “OUCH” on BBC radio, along with Mat Fraser. This led to an eight-year stint as forensic scientist Clarissa on the BBC’s “Silent Witness.” She has performed for years in the UK, EU and US, as a comedian (including at the Edinburgh Fringe Fest) and on-stage, as the star of her play, “Assisted Suicide: The Musical” in London.
